Middlesex County is a small Tidewater county on the Middle Peninsula between the Rappahannock and Piankatank Rivers. The county offers good deer and turkey hunting on private farm and forest land. Waterfowl hunting is available along the river and creek shorelines, particularly for diving ducks and Canada geese.
